National coach Aimé Antheunis has announced the line-up for the interland in and against Germany on 31 March. Antheunis had to change a lot in his squad.

Erwin Lemmens will be goalkeeper, because Geert De Vlieger is injured. Daniel Van Buyten, who was on the list of Antheunis, won't go to Germany. Manchester City announced Friday that he has caught an injury on his leg, so he won't play this season anymore.
There's a chance that Aimé Antheunis will call up the young Anthony Vanden Borre on Monday.
Except for the 22-year old Dufer, Aimé Antheunis also selected Filip Daems, the defender/midfielder of the Turkish team Gençlerbirligi. His last selection for the national team was 5 years ago.

Goalkeepers: Herpoel (AA Ghent), Lemmens (Espanyol)

Defenders: Kompany and Deschacht (Anderlecht), Simons and De Cock (Club Bruges), Van Damme (Ajax), Deflandre (Lyon)

Midfielders: Baseggio (Anderlecht), Clement en Blondel (Club Bruges),
Bisconti (Standard), M.Mpenza (Moeskroen), Dufer (Charleroi), Daems (Gençlerbirligi)

Strikers: E.Mpenza (Standard), Pieroni (Moeskroen), Buffel (Feyenoord)
