Chelsea offer 21 million for Kompany

Chelsea are about to bid on Vincent Kompany. That's what the Daily Star headlined today. The club of Abramovich is prepared to pay 21 million euro for the young Red Devil.


That way, they want to beat Manchester United and some Italian clubs in their race for a transfer of Kompany.
