Anderlecht has beaten Halmstad with 2-3. This is the first leg of the game in the last qualification round for the Champions League. This is a good result for Anderlecht for the home game on 22th August.

The game began well for Anderlecht, that got the first chance with Aruna. But Halmstad took over after 5 minutes and this resulted in the first goal. Svensson could easilly score the 1-0 after a fault in the defence.
The Mauves weren't able to take control over the game in the first period and was sometimes very lucky!
After half-time there was a different scenario. Seol headed the 1-1 after a couple of minutes and a good preparation of Hendrikx. RSCA got a few minutes later ahead. Hasi took a free kick and went straight in. The Swedish goal-keeper was deceived by Aruna, but Aruna didn't touched the ball.
Halmstad came back until 2-2 through Selakovic, but Mornar scored the 2-3 after a good and nice action...
