"De Bilde isn't motivated"

"Gilles De Bilde have to be honest with himself", says Anderlecht-trainer Hugo Broos. "He has had a nice carreer and he made a lot of money. Because of that, he isn't motivated anymore.

That's not a bad thing if he makes sure he's ready when we need him. But he doesn't have to say that he still has high ambitions. He doesn't have the discipline for that anymore".
