Verschueren is almost chairman of the Profliga

It seems like the G5 will get what they want. Michel Verschueren is again one step closer to become chairman of the Profliga. The "smaller" clubs are prepared to vote for him.

The G5 promised to give 100.000 euro for each club in exchange, and several clubs that have financial problems are interested in that deal. Still, they will try to receive 150.000 euro, but there will be negotiations about that.
Verschueren reacted quite upset about the reactions about blackmail. "Do you really think that I would let blackmail myself? The G5, not myself, is the one that asks me, hey!"
