"Vote for Verschueren and receive 100,000 euro!"

The G5 (Anderlecht, Club Brugge, Standard, Genk and Gent) are still trying to make Michel Verschueren head of the Profliga. They now promised 100,000 euro to every club that votes for Verschueren.


"If Verschueren would be in charge of the Profliga, he would make so much money he could easily pay 100.000 euro to all clubs. Even to the ones that didn't vote for him!" it sounded in the G5.

The G5 are trying to convince the 7 smaller clubs to get rid of current chairman Jean-Marie Philips. That last one reacted with: "Those clubs should decide for theirselves whether they are prepared to sell their souls for 100,000 euro".
