Mental assistance - Degryse as manager?

"Maybe it's true when you say that Anderlecht miss a real leader", says Anderlecht-manager Michel Verschueren.

"But I must be careful in what I say, else some players, like De Boeck, will be angry with me."
In the interview, Verschueren says that the board never doubted on coach Hugo Broos. "Never!", he replied.
"There is one thing I learnt though. We should offer our players mental assistance every single day. We are going to work something out as soon as possible."
But what's the reason for the cold atmosphere inside the club ?
"What's friendship ? Fact is that you have 25 players. 14 of them are not happy because they don't get the opportunity to play. On top of that, you have several "clans". But we are going to build one solid group from now on."
Verschueren also revealed a name of one candidat to succeed him. "The name of Marc Degryse is in my file, yes."
