No permit for Thompson

Westerlo is still waiting for the working-permit for Ode Thompson. He came on a rental-base from Anderlecht and only has a working-permit for the Brussels district. It now has to be transformed to one for the Flemish district.

Westerlo can use Thompson because the application happened on time but they don't want to take any chances and won't let him play without a permit.
