Ahmed Hassan gave an interview for the first time since Vercauteren was fired. In the press he said that he felt 'shocked and angry'. "I feel nothing but respect for Vercauteren. I wish him well", Hassan said.

"Though Jacobs is a good coach too. He's communicating a lot with his players. I hope we'll play with two strikers now. That would give me a better feeling. I also hope I'll get a free role on the field."

"A word for the fans: I know I haven't been playing well lately. But soon it will go better."
