Vercauteren: "Draw is logical result"

Anderlecht coach Vercauteren was correct when he predicted a difficult game. The match against Cercle Bruges proved to be balanced with few chances for both sides. "Cercle is a team with a lot of quality," said Vercauteren.


"This was the third game in a week for us. That became obvious near the end of the game." Anderlecht played better in the second half after a poor first half. "During the half-time break I demanded to put more pressure. That went well for about 25 minutes. Later we couldn't deliver that high rhythm and exhaustion came into play. I think the draw is a correct result."
