Rest Day for Frutos

Yesterday Nicolas Frutos was given a necessary day of rest. The Argentinian was exhausted after playing two games in a week. Other strikers Serhat, Boussoufa and Mpenza are still not fit.


Akin will normally start on the bench as he is not 100% fit yet. The game against Cercle Bruges also comes too early for Boussoufa and Mpenza. The Moroccan will be fit for next week's game against Westerlo. Mpenza's reeducation will take a few weeks longer.

Walter Baseggio is also sidelined. He is suffering a minor back injury.
