Vercauteren and Jacobs were worried

Frank Vercauteren saw a good first half of Anderlecht. "Before the pause, we did what we had to do", said the coach. "The second half wasn't that good at all. I was very worried until the referee ended the game."


Assistent coach Jacobs agrees with Vercauteren: "We brought ourselves into difficulties in the second half. Gent managed to hurt us. Luckily Pareja and Zitka saved us by the end of the game or Gent would have scored the equaliser."
