Akin: "Glad to be back"

Serhat Akin is glad to be back after some difficult times. "I'm feeling well and that has been a while. Injuries aren"t fun, but they are part of football. I want to help my team. It's difficult not being able to play", he said.


Akin went to FC Köln in January. His first game went well, but he soon got injured again. "I lost a lot of time. I'm glad I'm not feeling any pain anymore now. But I realise I need to train harder to get 100% fit again. But it's important not forcing myself. I'll take it easy", he said.

"I'm glad to be able to play for Anderlecht again. I had a good time here. I'll be stronger than ever. I'm only 26, my carreer is far from over", he concluded.
