Vercauteren not unhappy about yesterday's game

Anderlecht defeated Lokeren yesterday with 1-0. It was a difficult game, although coach Vercauteren wasn't unhappy: "I saw a lot of good things, but it's clear that our strikers aren't in great shape yet," Vercauteren explained


"Also Lokeren's goalkeeper did a great job. He saved many efforts. Therefore it took this long before we could score."

Vercauteren was also satisfied with Jan Polak's debute. "Polak is a real leader. He was one of the better players on the field yesterday."
