Daniel Zitka, Anderlecht's goalkeeper, couldn't convince his fellow-country man Jan Polak to join Anderlecht. Zitka had a long talk with the player over the phone, but Polak stressed he didn't want to leave Nürnberg.


"I explained what this club is all about and how much I like it here. I also told him that I would be able to help him out with everything. But after the phone call he sent me a message to say that he wasn't coming", Zitka explained.
