Contract negotiations for number of players

Now the title has been won, the club is already preparing next season. With Triguinho a new transfer is already in the works. Additionally, several players are in negotiations about a new contract.


Manager Van Holsbeeck will sit around the table with the youngsters Legear, Tioté, Lamaha and Mbokani. All four can sign a new contract that will bind them a few years longer to the club. Both Lamah and Tioté are hoping to play more.

The same goes for the young Brazilian Felipe, who arrived in Anderlecht last winter. "If the club believes in me, I'm willing to stay. If not then it's better that I leave."

Also Christian Leiva was at the club yesterday to find a solution for next season. The Argentinian is currently on loan at Charleroi. If an offer comes in, the player is allowed to leave. The same goes for Turkish striker Serhat Akin, who is currently on loan at Fc Köln.
