"A few players are uncertain," that is all Vercauteren had to say on the press conference. But the coach is mad at the journalists chasing Frutos with questions about his absence in Wednesday's Cup game.

Furthermore he was not happy with Genk technical director Willy Reynders' decision to attack the cooperation with Roeselare days before the game between the two clubs. Finally, Vercauteren isn't satisfied with the behaviour of the chairman of Brussels. The latter will reward his players extra if they beat Anderlecht tonight.

"We are not nervous. What other clubs say or do is none of my interest. Let's hope we take the title tonight. The team and the fans deserve it. I'm counting on our fans to support the team tonight. It will be a hard game."
