Jonathan Legear scored two goals against Roeselare last week. Tonight he will likely feature in the starting line-up against Beveren. "Now I am more confident," says Legear in newspaper 'Het Nieuwsblad'.

"I have proven that I am worth my place in the team. I had some doubts before New Year. I was disillusioned and I doubted about my future with Anderlecht. But now I know: I stay here. My manager will talk about a contract extension until 2011 this friday. The coach also admitted that he should have used me more often in games."

"I expect much of the next season but Anderlecht always buys a lot of new players," according to Legear.

About RC Genk: "Apparently everyone want Genk to become champion. People always say they play the most beautiful football. I have a difficult time with that. It seems like everyone is against Anderlecht, but everyone would love to play here."
