Mouscron want to talk about Mpenza and Jacobs

For weeks now, Anderlecht seems to want Ariël Jacobs as assistant coach. Mouscron now said that they want to negotiate and if possible involve Mbo Mpenza in a transfer of Ariël Jacobs to Anderlecht.
