There's a new law in Belgium. Football clubs have to pay more than 40% taxes for foreign players in stead of 18% as it was until now. Like that, there's no difference anymore between Belgians and foreigners.

"For a club like Anderlecht a lot is changing. We are always trying to look for reinforcements in Belgium. If we can't find anyone here, we search elsewhere. Our foreign players boost our level of play, but with the new law, they get a lot more expensive."

"The idea of the law is to make the Belgian league stronger. I hope it won't miss its effect. It's just one of the steps that has to be taken", Van Holsbeeck said.
