Hassan is not happy

Hassan wasn’t satisfied after he got replaced this weekend. He immediately went to the dressing room. He doubts if Vercauteren is doing the right thing: “Everytime I play a bad game I get replaced.”


Herman Van Holsbeeck reacts: “Hassan is a top player and a hero in his country. So it’s hard for him at the moment. But his replacement was correct this Saturday.”

Also Vercauteren wasn’t happy with the reaction of Hassan: “When we had the ball he didn’t do anything. When we didn’t have the ball he didn’t did what I asked him to do. I can’t let this happen as a trainer. I can’t appreciate this attitude. If you react the way he did, you are not a team player.”
