Olivier Deschacht scored his second goal for Anderlecht in 153 games. Mbark Boussoufa also scored. Mémé Tchité gave an assist and Frutos proved what he’s worth by scoring two times.


Deschacht: “I was happy like a child”, laughed Deschacht. “The past few weeks I wasn’t able to score, that’s why I’m so happy that I scored tonight. I dedicate this goal to Gunther, a fan of that had an accident and that is paralysed. He has always supported me. I told him before the game that I would score for him.”

Tchité: “I’m happy that everything went well. It”s not important that I didn’t score. Some days it’s easy, some days not. The most important is that the team played very well and that I immediately felt good in the team despite my absence.”

For the young Sven Kums it was a game against the club of his heart: “Vercauteren said I played very well. I warned my team mates for Frutos and Tchité. In fifteen minutes it was 0-2. We gave them too much freedom”, said Kums.
