Assistent coaches waiting for contract renewal

Recently Anderlecht coach Vercauteren renewed his contract with the club. His two assistents Glen De Boeck and Jacky Munaron are still waiting for their extension. Rumour has it, however, that their contract would not be extended.


Two names of possible replacements that have been circulating are those of Ariel Jacobs and ex-Anderlecht goalkeeper Filip De Wilde. It is a public secret that Anderlecht manager Van Holsbeeck is a fan of Jacobs and would like to haul him in. De Wilde is known as a true professional and has a lot of credit in the club's eyes.
