Anderlecht goalkeeper Jan Van Steenberghe is playing his last season and hopes to finish it with a title and a cup. However, with the arrival of Schollen and the presence of Zitka and Proto he is forced to play a background role.

"It's not always fun to train without having a clear goal in mind," explains the goalkeeper. "I seldom skip a training but if you don't get to play you can't get judged. Training keeps me focused but I do miss the competition."

His name has been linked to second division team FC Dender but he's not eager to play there. "If I continue my career as goalkeeper it will be for a second or third division team in my neighbourhood. And I am in talks with Anderlecht about the option of training the youngsters at the club."
