Serhat explains himself

Serhat Akin reacted on his absence of last weekend. He denies that he wants to put Anderlecht under pressure to force them to a transfer. "The doctor knew I was in Germany. I explained everything to Vercauteren", he said.


"I'm following a threatment in Germany. By the end of this week I'll be back in Brussels I didn't do anything wrong. Anderlecht is my employer and I'll never do anything wrong towards the club. I'll still play for Anderlecht, even if they don't let me go during the winter break."

Meanhwile, FC Köln seem to be interested in the striker. Also a few Turkish clubs are eager to land the player.
