Anderlecht lose against Ghent

Anderlecht lost the game against AA Ghent yesterday with 2-1. Mohammed Tchite scored the first goal on an pass of Bart Goor, but Anderlecht played without inspiration and could not put Ghent under pressure.


The game started with chances on both sides. In the 19th minute Tchite scored a beautiful goal: 0-1 Anderlecht. Just before the end of the first half, Anthony Vanden Borre pulled down a Ghent striker in the box: penalty. Oloufade scored and Zitka was beaten.

The second half started with Schollen in the team because Zitka injured himself. In the 69th minute Azofeifa's shot from distance went past Schollen in the nets: 2-1 for Ghent. Close to the end of the Tchite had a big chance to made his second of the evening but Herpoel saved. End of the game and a second loss for Anderlecht this season.
