Proto almost recovered

Goalkeeper Silvio Proto caught a serious knee injury last April, and due to complications after the operation he had to rehabilitate for six months. However, the goalie has almost recovered now.


In two weeks time, Proto will join the rest of the group. He is still afraid to shoot on goal, though. "I almost train the same way as the other goalkeepers. I'm really eager to be on the pitch again, between those posts. But I know I have to stay careful and patient."

Now Proto is almost back, the rumours about who has to become the first goalkeeper of Anderlecht will start all over again. "The coach will take that decision", says Silvio Proto relaxed.
