Legear: "Not afraid of this game"

It will be a special match for Jonathan Legear tomorrow. He was born and raised in Liège and played from 1998 until 2003 for Standard. Still Legear states that he is not afraid of the clash with Liège.


"I'm not really afraid, but it will be difficult for me to walk in the streets here if we win. Even my girlfriend is a Standard fan, so I don't think she will be sad if Anderlecht lose tomorrow", says Jonathan Legear.

Legear already played against his ex-club, in 2004. "I got many negative reactions then. People were impolite, insulted me, some were even aggressive. I hope they will be friendlier to me this time."
