Mayor not happy with Anderlecht's construction plans

Anderlecht's mayor Simonet is not happy with Vanden Stock's plans to enlarge the stadium. Also Johan Vermeersch, the builder of the current stadium, is doubting the feasibility of the plans.


Simonet: "Anderlecht do not even have a permission for these plans. The fans are already dreaming, but it's not going to be possible. I cannot allow a club like Anderlecht to put me under pressure. Some fans even threatened my life...", he said.
