Scaloni not joining Anderlecht

Some newspapers report that Scaloni will not come to Brussels to join Anderlecht. He has the perfect profile to become the new right defender, but the Argentinian is not allowed to play in the Champions League anymore.


All the player lists have to be sent before September 1, which means they would only be allowed to play with Scaloni in the Belgian league.

"Scaloni is not allowed to play in the Champions League", explained manager Van Holsbeeck. "A player like him is too good to play only in the Belgian League."
