A stadium with a capacity of 40.000 people

Vanden Stock seems to mean it seriously now. He wants a new stadium. The community gets 2 years to agree with Vanden Stock's plans. There's even a maquette about what Vanden Stock wants.

You don't have to know a lot about maths to see that Belgium is below the average."

"Rebuilding the Heyzel would be an advantage. That will cost 300 million euros. Compare it to the Stade de France or the Arena in Amsterdam. The private sector wants to invest in it because it's lucrative on long term."
