Ivory Coast international Aruna Dindane is hoping to make a move to the English Premiership next season, according to his agent.
Serge Trimpont is quoted in a Belgian newspaper as saying that Dindane wants to play in one of the five biggest leagues in Europe.
"A club like Aston Villa in England would suit him," Trimpont told Fraternite Matin.
"For the moment Aruna does not want to play at Real Madrid or at Bayern Munich - he would have little chance of playing for their first teams."
The 22-year-old currently plays for Belgian league leaders Anderlecht.
But Trimpont said the time was right for Dindane to seek his fortunes elsewhere.
"The best thing for him would be to leave Anderlecht at the end of this season."
Dindane has spent the past three seasons with the Brussels club, which bought him from Ivorian champions ASEC Mimosas
