One point in Bayern is enough for a place in the 8th finals of the CL. If they lose, the last place is a fact. Unless Lyon lose home against Celtic with a bigger difference than Anderlecht in Munich. Then the UEFA-cup will follow.

The UEFA-system works as follows: if both Bayern-Anderlecht and Lyon-Celtic end in a draw, then 3 teams will end with eight points. According to the UEFA the following principle counts: “If two or more teams end with equal points, the qualification will be settled by the amount of points the three teams collected mutual.”
That means that the points collected against the eliminated Bayern Munich will be cancelled from the total. Then Celtic ends first (with 7 points), Anderlecht second (with 6 points) and Lyon third (with 4 points).
