"We will attract at least 4 new players"

Herman Van Holsbeeck has a lot of work to do the next few weeks. The manager has to search replacements for Zewlakow, Traore and Tihinen. And more than probably Wilhelmsson and Kompany will also leave the club.


"For the money that we will get of Kompany and Wilhelmsson we can buy a player from our toplist," told Van Holsbeeck. Anderlecht have also a second list with payable players. On that list stands Hassan who can leave transferfree by Besiktas.

The manager of Anderlecht told further that the intention is to have a core of 25. But before the end of May, we don't have to expect any transfers.

"5 core players must be youngsters who come from the B-team. Further we are searching for 2 or 3 experienced defenders and 2 midfielders," according to Van Holsbeeck.

About the attack, there aren't any worries. Only when Pujol would return to Nantes they are going to look for a solution. But everything seems to be clear that Pujol will stay in Brussels.
