Today, the Executive Committee of the National Football Organization chooses a new federal coach. Further, Vanden Stock's plan for reformations will be discussed. Here's a brief summery of that plan:

- The Committee will be replaced by a National Counsil, consisting of 25 members. The Counsil won't be doing the daily governing. Its only task is controling the several departments.

- The board will consist of 5 directors, each controling a departement.

- The general director will do the daily government and forms the link between the National Counsil and the board.

- The Belgian football will be divided in professional (1st and 2nd division) and non-professional football.

- The non-professional football will be divided in a Flemish and a Walloon league with their own control structure.

- The number of clubs in first and second division will be brought to 14. Despite a lot of protest, Vanden Stock added this condition to his plan.

- All clubs in the highest division must have a Uefa-license.

- There will be two Belgian Cups: one for clubs from the three highest divisions and one for the lower divisions.

- The disciplinary committees will only have three members. Decisions about suspensions have to be made faster (within one week).

- The rules have to be changed by François de Keersmaecker. He'll start over from the start and base himself on the rules of the FIFA.
