Interest of Trevise for Baseggio

Will Baseggio's situation soon know a favourable ending? Gazetta dello Sport says that Baseggio will play in Trevise after winter break. Walt seems very happy with him playing in Italy.


"I am talking with Trevise", said the player's manager, Luca Pelizon, in the DH. "Last summer, we already met without finding any agreement. I am waiting for an answer at the beginning of next week. It seems to me that the club is very determined".

"Baseggio is known in Trevise. There, he has two fanclubs", his manager explained.

Baseggio is dreaming anyway of going to Italy. "It is like a come-back for me. My father comes from that region, and his birth place is very close to Trevise's stadium".

"But now I still fully concentrate on Anderlecht. 9/9 before winter break is my objective. After the match against La Louvière at the Tivoli, I will think about my career".
