Vanden Borre wasn't authorized to play

According to the FIFA-rules, Anthony Vanden Borre wasn't authorized to play against Westerlo. The regulations prescribe that a player can't play more than one game within five days.


Vanden Borre was selected for the Young Red Devils, but left the squad on Wednesday with an injury. Yesterday, the youngster played 20 minutes for the Mauves. In case of a victory or a draw, Anderlecht could have lost the game with a forfait score.
