Geel defeat Anderlecht: 0-0 (shootout: 5-6)

Geel eliminated Anderlecht yesterday of the Cup of Belgium. Anderlecht did not play that well and could hardly be dangerous in the first time.

In the second time, it was a bit better, with good occasions of Mpenza and Pujol. In the extra-time, Anderlecht's football was really poor.

In the shootout, the first five attempts were successfully accomplished by both teams, but Tioté missed the sixth for his colours.

Anderlecht are obviously unsuccessful in the Belgian Cup, but what is the use of participating to it with so low ambitions and such an obvious lack of motivation?
