Zitka gives an interview after the transfer of Proto

Daniel Zitka will be tonight's goalkeeper for Anderlecht and that despite the transfer of Silvio Proto. Though it looks like Proto will be the number one in the next games.


"I'm not disappointed. Peersman decided to leave Anderlecht so we needed a new goalie. I knew this would happen, so I was prepared."

Proto is ambitious and wants to be the trainer's first choice. "If Silvio is the best, he'll have to play", said a modest Zitka. "Vercauteren said that he doesn't have a favorite yet, so I can still prove myself. If Proto can handle the stress, he'll certainly succeed. He has a lot of talent and great reflexes. I have more experience though", concludes the Czech keeper.
