Update FCB-RSCA: Verschueren pelted - Jestrovic challenged

Michel Verschueren will remember this Brugge-Anderlecht. When he arrived, he was booed, but there was worse. After the match, he was attacked by Brugge supporters.



"On the parking place, I was pelted with cans of beer, cola, whatever. The projectiles whistled in my ears. But I walked through the crowd like Napoleon!".

"Then I passed two hours at the police office, waiting for the moment I could safely get to my car again. If I am angry? Not really. These idiots do not even understand that their title is Anderlecht's present to them".

Also Jestrovic was not too happy after the game against Brugge. Not because of his replacement, which took place because he had cramps. It was Gert Verheyen's behaviour that was the cause of Jestrovic's bad temper.

"He punched me in the stomach and challenged me. He wanted to get me a red card that way. And this after we cooperated for the Damiaan Action (= charity). Ah well, no big deal... He motivated me for scoring", explained Jestrogoal.
