Wilhelmsson: "Time to leave"

"It's time to move on", said Anderlecht midfielder Christian Wilhelmsson. The Swede wants to leave the club after this season, looking for a bigger challenge. He could go to Tottenham.


"I'm 25 years old, so the best is yet to come. I'm ready to move on. I want to look for a solution that is acceptable for me and Anderlecht. Over the years, I've started to love this club. They made a better footballer from me, but I hope they understand that I have to leave now. Hopefully they don't put a too high price on my head. 5 million euro seems feasible", concludes Wilhelmsson.
