Belgium defeated San Marino with 1-2 after an incredibly weak game. Simons opened the score on penalty, but Selva managed to equalise before half time. Van Buyten made the winning goal with a header for the Red Devils.

Vincent Kompany took a yellow card and will be suspended for the game in Serbia.
As well Kompany and Vanderhaeghe played for 90 minutes. Deschacht was on the bench. Vanden Borre wasn't in the selection for this game.
The victory brings Belgium to the 4th place with 7 points. The Belgians are also coming back to two points of the second in the ranking, because of the draw of Spain vs. Serbia. Also Lithuania obtained a tie against Bosnia.
