César Oulai: stage in Anderlecht

Midfielder César Oualai (FC Bibo) has momentarily a three-months stage in Anderlecht. The player, 18 years of age, gets this chance thanks to the collaboration between RSCA and a formation centre in Côte d'Ivoire.
