Anderlecht lost 1,000 fans

The bad results of Anderlecht have scared away a few fans. Some newspapers made a few calculations about the attendance in the Vanden Stock Stadium and on away games.


The average amount of fans for a home game decreased from 24,500 to 23,300. The only time this season that the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium was sold out, was against Brugge.

There are also less fans who support Anderlecht on the away games. The first away game was attended by 1,274 Brussels' fans. Last Friday, against Lierse, there were only 783 Anderlecht fans counted.
