Aruna Dindane didn't receive a fine for his red card against Lierse, which is new in Anderlecht. "I want to avoid fines as much as possible", says Franky Vercauteren.

"No, I don't support fines. Those proceeds only go to diners. These players are old and wise enough to know what they did wrong", says the coach.

Fines were very normal when Hugo Broos was coach. "Now, players will only pay if things really get out of hand", according to Vercauteren.

With Franky Vercauteren as coach, Anderlecht has changes a lot:
- Zetterberg captain, instead of Baseggio
- an attacking 4-3-3 formation
- Mbo Mpenza and Grégoire on the bench
- Extra training for some players
- Players expected earlier on training
- Trainings behind closed doors
- Psychological support
- Less contact with the press
- More isolation for the players
- More theoretical football education
