The dismissal of Hugo Broos was announced Monday, but nobody wanted to give further explanation then. Now, the team announced that they will engage a full-time spokesman.

Chairman Vanden Stock and manager Van Holsbeeck will talk to the players Friday. Van Holsbeeck: "Some players had difficulties with Broos. Now that he is gone, they have to show what they are worth."

Van Holsbeeck added that the players have "too much power". Glen De Boeck: "I hope the players learn their lesson. They have to look into the mirror."

René Trullemans (55) will assist Herman Van Holsbeeck in the future. He will be "financial and administrative director".

Trullemans works for Anderlecht since 2004, he worked for computer giant Hewlett-Packard before. Robert De Pot, the assistant of former manager Michel Verschueren, will take care of the international relations.
