OTHER In a message on the club website Anderlecht has announced the composition of the technical staff for next season. Including Guillaume Gillet. As already leaked yesterday, he will become assistant manager and will therefore not play for the U23 team in 1B.

Anderlecht further confirms the transfer of several of Felice Mazzu's assistants at Union. They are Thibaut Meyer (physical coach), Laurent Deraedt (goalkeeper trainer) and Sandro Salamone (video analyst). Samba Diawara, who comes over from Charleroi, and Guillaume Gillet become T2 and T3. Data analyst Josephine Knipschild is the only person in Mazzu's staff who also worked for Anderlecht last season.

Gillet will not only become assistant at the first team, he will also assist coach Robin Veldman at the U23s. The 38-year-old former midfielder will deal with the post-formation of the youngsters and help facilitate their integration into the first team.

In the framing of the team, the teams of Niels Mathieu & Luc Vanden Bossche (medical staff), Tom Colpaert (team manager) and Stéphanie Scheirlynck & Michael Verschaeve (nutrition and mental framing) remain active.
