Official: Kompany leaves Anderlecht

OTHER Anderlecht has just announced the departure of Vincent Kompany. "The club and the coach have analyzed together the past season and discussed the future plans. In the process, it was jointly decided to part ways," the announcement reads.


The roads part "with much mutual respect and gratitude for what was achieved together". "The club would like to sincerely wish Vincent Kompany all the best in his further career as a coach. He was, is and will remain an icon of the club and will always find a home at Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht," writes purple-white on his website.

The chance is very high that Kompany will move to Burnley to become the new coach there.
