"We hope to recover Van Crombrugge on Thursday"

INJURIES Hendrik Van Crombrugge's back injury would be "not too serious" according to the coach. The goalkeeper was struggling with a blockage in the back and Vincent Kompany hopes to recover him on Thursday before the home game against Antwerp,.
 


Van Crombrugge already had surgery on his back at the end of 2020 but the injury is now said to be less serious.

"He had a small blockage to the back. The games follow each other so we were rather cautious but we hope to recover him on Thursday," Kompany said.
