INTERVIEWS No goal for substitute Benito Raman today, but he didn't mind. Anderlecht won, that's what counts. "This is an important win. When we win games like this, we are definitely on the right track," Raman told in front of the Eleven-microphone afterwards.
"Actually, 2-1 was too little," Raman said. "Antwerp hardly created any pressure, while we missed many open chances."
Raman was also very pleased with the performances of Marco Kana and Killian Sardella. "They did an excellent job. Collectively, we have a good squad. Our substitutes have been doing well for weeks."
Next week, Anderlecht awaits another important match. AA Gent is a direct competitor for the top four for the second weekend in a row. Moreover, Gent is the team where Raman broke through and won the title. "Every game does something, but Gent is more special. We definitely want to win, because then we are sure of the Champions Play-Offs."
